Changelog:

1. Added an in-game Tutorial.

2. ElfBoss added sound effects.

3. ElfBoss AI updated to not use sword attack if sword can't hit.

4. Shocker now all happens at once instead of being a two-phase attack.

5. Seize can no longer take the backmost column.

6. Several Bugfixes: Elemental Sword cards, spear and lance cards, elfboss sword attack, Goblin movement.
